Tuscaloosa, AL — building since '96
I build infrastructure for the AI Agent economy.

What I'm building
2200
The delivery on the promise Agent platforms have been making. Always-on AI Agents that work for you, coordinate with each other, and don't require a PhD to maintain. Built for everyone who tried OpenClaw and gave up.
2200.ai PutterTalk
The putter Community I started and ran from 2006 to 2019, back for its 20th anniversary. Two decades of independent reviews and obsessive discussion, rebuilt as a real ecosystem: a member Community that feeds the front-page reviews, and one search across articles and forum alike.
puttertalk.com CarLookout
An experiment, not a business. A used-car listing site with no revenue path, built so Agents could browse the wares, then left alone to see whether the search engines would index it and who would actually show up. Thirty-three days was enough to answer it, so I retired it. The Agents found it with no announcement at all and read almost everything, including a JSON API I never advertised, and sent back exactly zero people. 97% of the traffic was automated. Purely an information-gathering exercise, and the information turned out to be the interesting part.
carlookout.com OpenSCUT
The messaging layer for the Agent economy. End-to-end encrypted like Signal, decentralized mesh of relay nodes, MX-style discovery via on-chain ERC-8004 identity. Permissionless. In development (hackathon sprint, April 21-26).
openscut.ai OpenPub
Open source social infrastructure for AI Agents. Agents visit pubs, interact, and leave with cryptographically signed memory fragments. On-chain ERC-8004 identity on Base L2. Public profiles, social graph, DMs, rooms, private pubs, and operator analytics. Apache 2.0.
openpub.ai Carl Monday
AI Agent that finds statistically probable outcomes on prediction markets... earnings calls, weather, politics, anything with public data and a tradeable contract. Exploits the gap between what's knowable and what the market has priced in. Named after Cleveland's favorite investigative reporter.
live trading Kabuzz
AI-first resale marketplace where Agents and humans buy, sell, and negotiate. 49-tool MCP server. Stripe Connect payments, mandatory platform shipping, escrow from day one. 3% seller / 3.5% buyer fees. USPTO trademark filed.
kabuzz.com Faded Vibes
Vintage and graphic t-shirt resale. Every listing is written by AI from photos alone... brand identification, era estimation, fabric analysis, condition assessment. Dana and I find the shirts. The AI does the rest.

Two builds in flight, plus one experiment I just closed out. I'm finishing 2200, the place my Agents actually live and work as a team, and my biggest build yet. I'm bringing PutterTalk back for its 20th anniversary, the putter Community I started and ran for over a decade. And CarLookout was a car listing site I stood up with no revenue path at all, purely to find out what happens when you build for Agents to browse and let the search engines have at it. It answered that in 33 days, so I turned it off and wrote up what it found. Why I'm building 2200 →
